Day 1: Arrival in Beijing

  • Arrive at Beijing by flight.
  • Meet and greet by our English-speaking guide.
  • Transfer to your hotel for check-in.
    Free time for the rest of the day to explore at your leisure.

Day 2: Beijing Sightseeing

  • Morning: Visit the Jade Factory and the magnificent Great Wall at Juyong Pass.
  • Afternoon: Explore the Summer Palace, one of the most well-preserved royal parks in China, with beautiful landscapes and historical architecture.
  • Evening: Roam through the Beijing Olympic Park and witness the exterior of the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube.
  • Meals: Breakfast + Local lunch + Dinner.

Day 3: Travel to Shanghai

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Transfer to the railway station and board the high-speed train to Shanghai.
  • Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and check-in.
  • Meals: No meals included.

Day 3: Beijing City Tour

  • Morning: Visit Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world and the historic Forbidden City, once the imperial palace of 24 emperors.
  • Afternoon: Visit the Temple of Heaven, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its harmony with nature.
  • Evening: Visit a Pearl shop and enjoy some free time for shopping.
  • Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner.

Day 4: Beijing to Xian by High-Speed Train

  • Morning: Take the high-speed bullet train to Xian (approx. 5.5 hours).
  • Afternoon: On arrival, visit the Ancient City Walls, one of the best-preserved city walls in China.
  • Meals: Breakfast + Lunch (Refund) + Dinner.

Day 5: Xian Sightseeing

  • Morning: Visit the Museum of the Terra Cotta Warriors, known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.”
  • Afternoon: Explore the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a symbol of ancient China’s Buddhist culture. Visit the Shanxi Museum and view its extensive collection of cultural artifacts.
  • Evening: Visit Drum and Bell Tower and stroll down Muslim Street for local snacks and souvenirs.
  • Meals: Breakfast + Local lunch + Dinner.

Day 8: Departure from Shanghai

  • Morning: Enjoy a free morning for last-minute shopping or leisure.
  • Afternoon: Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

Day 6: Xian to Shanghai by High-Speed Train

  • Morning: Take the high-speed bullet train to Shanghai (approx. 6 hours).
  • Afternoon: Upon arrival, visit The Bund, the famous waterfront district in Shanghai, with views of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the Huangpu River.
  • Evening: Enjoy a Huangpu River Cruise for breathtaking city views.
    Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner.

Day 7: Shanghai Sightseeing

  • Morning: Visit the picturesque Yuyuan Garden with its traditional Chinese landscaping.
  • Afternoon: Explore Shanghai Museum and the bustling Nanjing Road for shopping.
  • Evening: Visit Xintiandi, a vibrant nightlife area with bars, restaurants and fashion stores.
